In a web browser an access key or accesskey give facility to a website visitors to immediately jump to a specific part of a web page via the keyboard.

If you have a good knowledge of how to create website then you know very well that every
site has some hyper link such as in site navigation , internal link, or partner site link.
Online user access any hyperlink on website with pointing device such as mouse , now just suppose that an online visitor is surfing on your web design tip page and suddenly pointing devices ( mouse ) stop working then what to do for your online visitor , he /she will go away from your site.
And ,answer is Accesskey,that we useally use a platform dependent key,like ALT key in windows , along with shortcut to give the hyperlink the focus and press just Enter Key to access that hyperlink. But always remember set to a single(case-insensitive) alphanumeric value.
